When parents get involved with the Gold Medal School program, the benefits to the children, school and staff are multiplied. Get involved with your school’s PTA or whatever parent organization supports your school. Volunteer to be the school liaison and then contact your local health department office. The staff there will put you in touch with the Health Promotion staff that will help you.
